To make a size change, follow these steps:

1. Send us a photo of the front and back of the product to ensure it has not been used.
   
2. Place the product (with its original packaging intact ) inside a sealed bag or box .
   
3. The courier will apply the label directly upon collection.
   
4. Our courier will deliver the new size to you and collect the incorrect one at the same time .
   
5. Write your order number followed by your name and surname on the package
   
6. The exchange costs €9.00 , to be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
   
7. Before proceeding, we will ask you to confirm the collection and delivery address .

NB We accept size changes within 14 days of delivery of the package by the courier. All requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

To make a simple return, please follow these steps:

1. Send a photo of the front and back of the product to be returned, to verify that it is intact and unused .
   
2. After verification, you will receive a confirmation from us to proceed.
   
3. Correct packaging:
   both intact in a sealed envelope or box.
   
4. Send the goods via a courier of your choice to the address:

5. The cost of returning within 30 days of delivery of the package is Free. After 30 days, the cost of returning is €5.00

Refunds for all orders are processed within 7 working days of the package arriving in our warehouse.

All our products have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

If the product is defective or damaged, the product exchange is free of charge.
